How it works online:
- Just click the “Subscribe and Save” option when ordering your lenses in order to sign up.
- You will have the choice of 30, 45, and 60 day subscriptions for 30 packs of daily lenses and 3 months or 6 months for monthly/bi-weekly lenses.
- To modify, change, or cancel your prescription just login to your account and click "manage subscription" to head the subscription portal
- You can cancel, modify or change your prescription at any time via the page linked above
- We will be in touch to let you know if you need a new contact lens check or eye exam, otherwise just sit back and let the lenses come to you.

When buying in-store:
- When ordering your lenses in-store just let our team know you would like to sign up to our subscription program.
- You will be given the option of a 1 month, 3 month or 6 month subscription.
- They will ask you to sign a document in order to set up the recurring payment.
- You can pause your subscription at any time by calling the store. (T&Cs apply)
- We will be in touch to let you know if you need a new contact lens check or eye exam, otherwise just sit back and let the lenses come to you.

UK contact lens regulations
You must have both a valid regular eyeglasses prescription and contact lens prescription for us to be able to supply you with contact lenses. Usually, the expiry date is written on your prescription, but if it is not, your optician will be able to provide this for you.
We are only permitted to supply you with the contact lenses that have been prescribed by your optician. If you would like to explore a new lens option, please contact us in-store or online.
